Bars are all equipped with the necessary staff and gear for efficient service and can also be bundled with a complete beverage package, cocktails or other equipment such as matching drybars, a coldroom, furniture or even catering from one of our partnered companies.
The perfect addition to your special day. Our stunning towers are quite a statement piece and are available to suit any number of guests and any type of function. Please ensure the table you are providing is NOT WOBBLY, level and the ground that it is placed on is also level. It also needs to be situated in a spot that won't be bumped, but also in the limelight!
Unleash your inner Tom Cruise with our fun and interactive cocktail workshops. We bring the bar to you for a couple of hours where you will blend, muddle and shake your way through 3 cocktails, with the help and guidance of one of our expert mixologists. Drinking your creations is of course a necessity!
Lu's Crew started very small in 1983, providing a staffing service to The Cairns Amateurs, Time-out and various other concerts in Cairns. In 2015 we bought a franchise "Kubarz Beverage Catering" that came with all the gear needed to start a mobile beverage service.
After nearly 4 years, a first place in The Bride's Choice awards and expanding our family of mobile bars, we decided to break away from the national franchise and go back to being truly local.This move has given us more freedom to better pricing and tailoring our services for North Queenslanders who love a cold bevvie, or 6.

Lu's Crew is licenced to supply your bevvies, or you may choose to purchase yourself. Our drinks costs are pretty comparable to the big 4 suppliers in town and you don't need to do the heavy lifting! And anything leftover is yours to keep for a hair of the dog the next day. We have a magic calculator that works it out based on length of function and number of guests and also the time of year.

I cannot begin to thank Lulu, Shane and Kam enough. We had an event of 60 people and decided to host this at home. Kam set up the bar, Lulu took care of the kitchen, buffet, washing up and making sure everything was perfect. Our guests were so well looked after - no one had to think about getting because Kam was already preparing! Extremely professional, well priced and clearly Lu's Crew know what they are doing. Enough ice for 3 events! Highly recommend them for whatever function you are hosting. We'll certainly be using their services again. Enrica Centorame. Director- Global Forwarding.
