Unlike many of the other reviews, my experience with Flash Uniforms was far more negative and unpleasant. Super slow processing and postage. Intimidating and unhelpful customer service and terrible exchange policy that leaves you with pretty much no options.
Not at a single point had I asked for a refund, that is not what I was asking. Had the representative not spoken over the top of me, maybe that would have been more clear.

Very disappointed in the service offered both before delivery and after. Having ordered just after Christmas there was no pre-warning that the office was closed and the uniforms would take 6 weeks to arrive until after payment was taken. After the long awaited arrival they were miles too big. The only response from Julie, the sales manager, was shock that the brand of shirts ordered usually run too small for size, not too big and they'd have advised ordering even larger. No customer care given or options to help fix the situation - especially knowing ranges are not true to size. I guess repeat
