In the past it WAS very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in today to get a couple of chainsaw bars and chains. Only two customers in the store, five staff behind the counter talking amongst themselves. Stood at the counter for about four or five minutes before one of the men walked in my direction. He walked past me to a till without a word, did something on the till and got his phone out. Didn't say a word to me or offer any assistance. I walked out and won't be going back. Probably a text book example of poor customer service.

Got me a Stihl GTA 26, battery operated chainsaw to use around the garden. Lightweight, easy to use. Had to stop myself from cutting too much. Absolutely recommend it for female use and light pruning. LOVE IT!

The mower place, great bunch of blokes and know what there doing. Just show up at smoke and lunch time, there way quicker on service as they dont want there coffee to go cold
