Cost $200 to flick a switch!
No mask or covid safe procedures.
Definitely do not recommend.
When the electrician arrived the problem had resolved itself and he only had to flick a switch. I appreciated we needed to pay a call out fee of $150 to be invoiced later. Steep, but ok. Later on my partner was called and intimidated to give her credit card details over the phone for $198 as the $150 was only an offer for a cash transaction! Not only did they charge a whopping $180 plus GST!!! they also misquoted the price, did next to nothing - less than 10 min job - and took advantage of a single woman

All was great as the other reviews suggest. Punctual, polite and got the work done. I was really happy.

They came back to finish something off once we got our new kitchen installed. Screwed and damaged our hours old island bench and stopped replying all together. We’ve had to replace our new island bench because of the mistake. Won’t be using again because of the extra $$ it’s cost and the lack of care And respect they’ve shown.

I booked this organisation through Hipages and took the day off work as some of the work I needed done was inside our home. They Failed to turn up and even worse they failed to notify that they weren’t going to turn up. I had to chase them. I should be sending them a bill for my day wasted. Completely unreliable and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Visited the house and provided a quote for works to be carried out. While carrying out a basic installation, they managed to drill multiple holes in the wrong spot which they did not repair correctly - Simply put patches over them which look horrendous. They then had the audacity to charge an extra $90 for the extra time it took to "correct" their ridiculous mistakes. Would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.
