My partner bought a Vitara and I bought a Jimny Nov. last year. Aaron as a salesman was thoroughly professional and timely with information especially as the Jimny was on a long waiting list and he actually secured the first choice colour I wanted.
Our experience especially for the service department has been unexpectedly happy. The small plastic cover surrounding the boot release broke and was replaced under warranty - without hesitation on the Vitara.
Its only problem at 82,000km's. The service may take a while but is actually done ( unlike some delearships ) and the car comes back amazingly

Bit disappointed, as without notifying us, only one key was given to us for our car. We will therefore have to pay for a 2nd key to be cut ourselves. Really disappointed
5th November....I must give the bussiness credit for getting in contact with us. They offered to cut another key for us at no cost. Has been appreciated very much. Thankyou for going out of your way.
