NEWCO was founded in 1954 by Ron James OAM (Dec) and is now owned and operated by his son Jeff James. The business was located in Brunswick for many years before relocating to its current address in Thomastown in early 2000.

We here at Newco can transform your flat piece of material into a 3 dimensional work piece with our state of the art 4 metre CNC Adira Brake press. We have a large range of single & multi-vee dies with multiple sized punches, all hardened ground tooling to precisely bend even the most intricate parts with very tight tolerances.

We've been offering these professional fabrication services in Melbourne since the early 90s, so you can be confident you're working with a proven service provider. We have Demmeler welding tables to give you the highest degree of tolerance to your project.
At NEWCO we utilise state of the art Fronius Welding machines. This improves Tig & Mig quality to cover all aluminium welding requirements: from very thin material right up to 16mm thick aluminium. We also have a WIA fabricator welding machine for our general welding requirements. With the right equipment and decades of experience in the industry, Newco alone can skillfully facilitate your aluminium welding requirements.
