Rang Ziggi last Wednesday asking for a Banner to be done before the weekend, as we had an event it was needed for. Over the phone service was great, and he told me that it would be completed by Friday morning, no problems.
Fast forward to Friday morning, I rang Ziggi and he had no recollection of me. I reminded him of our discussion, and he said that he had not received artwork, which I had already sent through. As this was the day before event day, we had planned our organising around picking this banner up 25 minutes away from the event site. He told us that it would be ready for collection
