Services
Consider a fresh new garden design to rejuvenate it with Arcadia's landscape design services. Make your outdoors a beautiful, functional and integral part of your home. Arcadia will take you through a process to create a design that you will be enthusiastic about. From that landscape design contractors can be arranged to complete the garden as planned.
The Arcadia landscape design process starts with listening to your needs and thoughts and potentially ends with a wonderful new garden, with further sharing of ideas along the way. This process is outlined below, but you might require something simpler, such as a nice planting plan for a small area or just some horticultural advice.
Residential developments in Victoria are required to meet a set of provisions commonly known as ResCode. If you are planning such a development, the local council will require you to provide a landscape plan that reflects those provisions. This will be included in a set of conditions that apply to your Planning Permit.
Visualising a garden design from a two-dimensional plan can be difficult unless you have some experience in reading plans. Appreciating this, we put some priority in including three dimensional renderings of how the new garden will appear if you were actually within it. By including some key views on the Concept plan, we can present the ideas and walk through the proposed plan.
The essence of a successful low maintenance garden. This is a series of articles on the basics of growing garden plants without suffering the ignominy of them dying on you. Growing a sustainable garden isn't too hard once you get a bit of a feel for what plants need and how those needs might vary. A few other general musings might also find their way in.

I’ve been building gardens designed by Gary for over 10 years now. I continue to be impressed by Gary's ability to identify what a client is after and turn it into a design that is both functional and very appealing. When the plans are constructed Gary's design abilities really become obvious. The mastery use of curves and balance along with plant selection to create a fantastic garden that continues to get better as it grows. Clients are always impressed and very happy with the end results, they find Gary very easy to work with.
