Bentwood Events is a Sydney-based chair and event hire company, offering timber bentwood chairs, bespoke tables, archways and little extras to create magical memories for your special events. Independently owned and operated since 2015, we've worked with some of Sydney's most high profile venues, festivals and event planners such as the Sydney Opera House, The Art Gallery of NSW and The Royal Botanic Gardens.
Firstly, great choice! Once you've made your selection in our hire shop, simply get in touch either by email, phone (02) 8328 1100 or through our contact page and we'll check availability for your chosen date. We'll then send you a formal written quotation via email. To secure and confirm your quotation we require a minimum 30% non-refundable deposit along with our signed terms and conditions form.

We also hire a range of glassware, crockery, cutlery along with other services such as rubbish removal and disposal - Let us know what you need and it can be added to your quote. I had such a positive experience engaging Bentwood Events. Andrew and the team are fantastic! We hired a wedding ceremony package for our recent wedding in Sydney Park and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day. Andrew and the team had everything sorted and set everything up exactly how we discussed. Such professional, efficient, and… friendly service! Andrew was also very accommodating after we had to reschedule our original wedding event due to COVID and was incredibly understanding and helpful. Definitely recommend using Bentwood Events!

Andrew and the team at Bentwood Events are amazing - they were flexible, responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process leading up to and on our wedding day. They made sure the whole process was stress-free and were timely in both the delivery and collection our the hired chairs. For the amazing service, you'd expect the prices to be very high, however their prices are very competitive and fair in comparison to every single Sydney-based event hire company - it was an easy decision choosing Bentwood Events.
