Next Level converted a games room into a granny flat for my dad. The result is fantastic, but what impressed me most was the professionalism of everyone in the company. Being a small company, Craig and Allan really do look after their clients and take the time to really listen to what you need. Of course minor problems arose, but they were always dealt with quickly. When you are extending or converting your home, it is important to know that trades coming in and out are trustworthy and considerate and this was certainly the case with our build. We have just finished our second storey extension with them and have been very happy with the experience. They offered a personal professional service throughout the process from start to finish. With any queries or issues they were sorted quickly and more than happy to help. We felt they really listened to us and we are really happy with the results.
