I found their staff to be responsive to my needs and requests as a customer. For example, after a misunderstanding about the service provided to my vehicle, they called me to clarify the issue and offered solutions to ensure that the misunderstanding didn't happen again in the future. The owner is generous in his interactions with clients, including those like me that don't have any knowledge at all about vehicles! As someone new to town, I called Ron's Auto based on the reviews read online. They not only checked out my car at very short notice when I thought I had purchased some dirty fuel, but offered some advice on how to address it, and didn't charge me a cent. Very kind and decent owners, who went above what was expected. I know who I will give my business to next time my car is due a service!
