Terribly disappointed with price, quality and service.
Waiting staff all had difficulty using their ipads to take orders - seemed excessively hard to find the items on the menu on the ipad.
We ordered 2 mains and an entrée, the garlic prawns as an entrée were quite good, the fish and chips were ok, and the chargrilled salmon was poor. No flavour, cooked to the point of being dried out on one side and almost raw on the other. The two mains were NOT worth the prices charged on the menu.

Staff were unable to identify ingredients in pre-prepared food. Ordered and sat at table and waited (after conversation with staff as to where we were sitting) and no service. Went in to find order sitting on counter with no staff to be found.

Nice service , we visited this place as it was close to our hotel we stayed.staff looked after us well and the food was on the table in no time for 4 people. Taste was great and also the atmosphere.

Place is very good. Food was OK. But the quanity is very less. Price is too high for the quanity. Felt disappointed with the serves. I never seen pan cake so hard in any place. 2 stars is only for the location.

A decent place for lunch and breakfast at Mt. Gambier. They have wide variety of options. One of very few cafes with all day menu at Mt. Gambier. Really loved the coffee. We've ordered big breakfast and french croissant. Would have been better with greens, beans and mushrooms than heaps of Bacon rashers and chorizo. Even croissant was served with lot of bacon rashers which is not my liking.

We visited for the first time since change of ownership and were in no way disappointed. The staff were as always friendly, the table service and meal prep were efficient. Our meals were quality and delicious. We won’t hesitate visiting again.

Very disappointed, we came to visit Sorrentos, it was just starting to calm down after the lunch rush which was busier than usual due to a power outage effecting a few nearby cafes, regardless we were sat down and told they would supply with menus soon, after waiting for menus we eventually took some from another table. 25 minutes rolled by and 5 surrounding tables (and more further from us) vacated and cleaned by staff while still not being served. We had no choice but to walk out due to not being confident on being served in time to then make school pickup. Today is my birthday and I spent it

Went here today for lunch with friends the menu was tiny not much to choose from, our onion rings and chips weren’t cooked properly not to mention one of the chips was green the salad and focaccia had off pieces of lettuce in them

Extensive food menu available here. Which might explain why my Caesar Salad wasn't as good as it should have been. Too many dishes to cater for which comprised quality. The Soup of the Day was good though. Service was good.

Update: Best eggs and service. Upgraded to 5 stars. Staff are attentive, atmosphere is calm and food is excellent.. a minor request was no problem for chef and results were top flight.
: Family breakfast winner. Pancakes & milkshakes for kids were a winner and Eggs Benedict were just right. Highly recommend this venue for meals at reasonable prices, served by friendly staff in comfy surroundings.
