I was involved in a not at fault car accident, which left me quite shaken. Adams towing, and in particular Kat in reception made the whole experience of car repairs less worry some and easy. She arranged transport home by taxi and also for a loan car to be dropped off at my home a couple of hours later. Kat was much more friendly and professional than the insurance company I have to deal with. The Adams team have kept me up to date with all aspects of the repair, and soon I'll have my beautiful car back. Thank you. You are all brilliant and especially you Kat.

We were left in a serious situation totally beyond our control. Thanks to Ashleigh calling us to find out if we were the owners of a caravan that had not been collected from their depot by another transport company from Qld.
Total shock and horror...Ashleigh took control above and beyond to help us.

Be warned if you book a tow truck! We called to book a week before we needed to get our car to the local mechanics, so we could organize it around work hours. Lady on the phone was initially helpful and supposedly booked it in, taking down all our details. When the day of the booking came around, the tow truck did not turn up, so we called them - the same lady answered the call, said she knew nothing about it and complained about us calling as it was her 'day off'...? Don’t trust this towing company.
They stole a torch from my vehicle and when I questioned them about it they said only the driver went into the vehicle.
I asked how they would know nobody went into it overnight before I could retrieve my belongings and they said they’d check cameras.
Five minutes later (totally long enough to check) they say nobody went into car.
Means the tow truck driver took the torch (who also said he was a supervisor)
When I said does that mean I should contact the police and make a report of theft from my vehicle whilst under their care suddenly they said they would

Broke down on M1 near Calga, limped off the freeway and called Adam's towing - the tow driver was there within 30 min. Car was towed to Adam's workshop and the guys there worked absolute magic to get me back on the road within 3 hours, unbelievable - and the tow and repair cost was very reasonable. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful and treated me with utmost kindness while I waited, unsure as to what the outcome would be. Couldn't fault a thing, thanks Adam's, more than 5 stars.

Jay was an absolute pleasure. I was involved in an MVA a yesterday. Jay was super friendly and empathetic. He sat me down and checked if I was ok before doing his business. I would just like to send out a good review and a big thank you to one of your employees who helped me and others at a car accident tonight in Terrigal.
Ive never been involved in a car accident before and was very flustered and shaken and didn't know what to do. Your employee Mr Grant M. was above and beyond helpful in not only explaining the towing process but also gave great advice in what steps to take in regard to insurance and what info to collect etc.
He was so very helpful ,friendly understanding and most importantly ,calm and patient in such a situation.
