What an absolute disappointment. I was enamoured by the positive reviews on this company so I decided to make the switch from my previous provider 3 Point Motors under the promise of better Service and lower costs. Well I am sorry to say that I received an Invoice very much in line with the ridiculous dealership pricing and unnecessary up-sells. I have since switched to an Independent specialist and have never looked back. To all those considering I have saved a considerable amount on servicing and repairs by avoiding the dealership network and would urge you to do the same.

I was referred to FW Graunke by a v close friend of mine, I spoke to Malcolm who was v friendly and honest in giving repair costs and any other car related matters and always tries to give you the best option of reducing the cost to the customer .
Rolf the main mechanic there is an excellent guy too who know Mercedes v well and v upright individual too.
I had a few things to get it done from an oil leak to some simple fixing of a globe to a steering noise. They managed to fix the problems within a day and the steering noise kept coming back and forth for 4 times and every time they took it without
