It's a okay place for a night stay. The only and the biggest advantage is it's location, located on the edge of the Geelong city centre. Cafes and restaurants are at walkable distance.
My room was small, clean and tidy but with an unwanted and not so clean 2 seater. Being along a busy road you might not need an alarm.
Also upon check-in I was asked to deposit $100 which were refunded during check-out.

Can't complain too much - I left booking for NYE to the last minute so limited options. Service is good. Bed linen was good but bed felt like it was made of concrete. No flyscreen on the window so couldn't open it in the hot night (don't always want to use the air con). The putty used to attach a soap holder in the shower is brown (shower tiles are white) and looks like it was a bad DIY job, everything needs painting, cleaning or replacing. Just uncomfortable, won't be going back

Tried booking a night stay here and were told that they don’t want us because we are from Melbourne. How rude is that! The lady on the phone really needs to learn some respect and treat customers fairly. We asked if there was a regulation in place but she could not answer. Who would want to stay in a place like that after being spoken to like that?? Oh and she hung up in our face too! Too over priced for that service. Better off paying $10 more for a few blocks away. Looking at reviews after put us off even more. Good luck gaining customers. Maybe just sell the business off and let others handle

Most disgusting service I have ever experienced in my life, please please don't stay in this motel!!!! The Asian lady owner has no respect very rude, she assaulted me and pushed me, they kept my money and treated me so wrongly for no reason ! I will be taking legal action on her. She is a thief and has so shame please don't put any money in these peoples pockets, nobody deserves it

Warning..do not bother, I booked via a booking site.when I got there I was met by a rude obnoxious woman.
I booked in anyway as I had a big day on the road.
Upon entering the room it stunk.
Bathroom was old and dirty,
My room was directly above the living quarter's of the host and could hear them arguing.
I booked out without staying the night.
The receptionist then got really angry.
These people should not be in the motel business.
I lost my $264. as No refund.
But I would loss the money than try to sleep in those conditions.
You have been warned.
