Extremely unprofessional! Took them 2+ weeks to recover nothing from my hard drive. They wouldn’t return phone calls to update me on the process. I collected it to take it elsewhere, it was separated from the job card and tucked away with some else’s order.
Took it elsewhere and it was fully recovered in less then 48 hours. Won’t ever recommend them to anyone!
