2 yrs in a row I have had difficulty with attempting to book my Mitsubishi ASX in for a service, until I have decided to go elsewhere. No response to multiple emails sent and no return phone call. Booking a simple service should not be such an ordeal! However the older gentleman that served me last time I collected my car was absolutely lovely. It is a shame that it only takes 1-2 people to let the whole team down!

I wanted to get my Triton service through Nowra Mitsubishi. So to find there phone number I used google and came up with there website. It directed me to fill out a service form and submit it. Once it was filled out and submitted I received a email stating someone from their service team would contact me shortly. 24hrs later im still waiting. So I tried ringing them. I asked the girl who answered my call for the service department. She said they were all on other calls and if I gave her my details they would call me back. Which i did. Another 2 days have past and still no phone call. Very poor

Told earlier in the week price of a dealer demo gsr was 52k ( current promo price online ) even got him to triple check when I went in. Came back in today with my fiancé “oh it’s actually 59k” waste of our time and misleading. How could a sales person confirm the price 3 times a few days before then say at the end of the week it’s dearer when the promo is until the end of the month. Horrible customer service and overpriced. Take your money elsewhere like mossvale Mitsubishi!

Not happy. This place has no work ethics an customer service is shocking after trying to call multiple times to book my car in. Getting told they will call back. They Never did. I called again the next day get told same thing yet no call returned. Tried a third time an nothing so asked for management to call me back. My car is basically brand new. I then got through management booked in told I would have loan car to get to business meetings. On arrival told they didn't have any spare vehicles. After being told car would be ready in 30mins I make my way to south nowra. After getting there being

Terrible work ethic! Walked around their yard for 15 minutes recently looking in and out of their new and used vehicles. Nobody came out to greet me. The Detailer walked past me and didnt even smile yet I smiled at him. Waste of my time. Sales people are probably tied up on Facebook posting images of themselves
