Once again the team at Saving Centre (Sam, Gavin and Kylie) helped get our property over the line. My wife and I have been renting on the Sunshine Coast for 3 years and with a pending rent increase of $100-120 per week decided it was time to get back into the property market.
As a 71 year old self funded retiree, and even with ample super and other assets and prepared to fund 50% of the purchase ourselves, that is easier said than done with the traditional lenders including other brokers that we tried.

Highly recommended for anyone a complicated loan application. Roger and his team have a great knowledge on all of the fine print connected to each lender and very up to date on changes in the lending requirements. He was able to sort through and choose the right lender that was tailored for our situation and then get it across the line for us. Great job guys!

The Savings Centre team have been exceptional, in today's market it is very challenging, and there have been lots of ups and downs with potential property contracts. The team were always helpful, and patient with us. There were a number of unexpected requests from the lender, which could have derailed our contract, but the savings centre team were our rock throughout this process, and ultimately got us over the line. Roger, Jaqui and the team at the Savings Centre were incredible. Really worked above and beyond for our finance, we are self employed and part time worker with a family so really feel if it wasn’t for them we would not own the home we now have!
