Before deciding to rent a property there are a few rules and regulations that you need to take into consideration. A Residential Tenancy Agreement or 'lease' will be drawn up and is the legal contract that both you and your landlord must abide by. Tracey is our point of contact for inspections and I would like to say on behalf of my wife and myself that she is absolutely wonderful to deal with.
Tracey is very polite, friendly and has a wonderful manner and an absolute joy to have in our home and to deal with on a professional level.
Also the whole team are awesome to deal with as well, in every aspect of there job.
I cant recommend First National Atherton enough to everybody.

There are two staff members who are absolutely amazing people that I want to thank. Tracey & Taylor. The most kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The whole process was so easy and straightforward to go through. Tracey found an amazing home for me and my family to live in. She lead me to the property as I don’t know the area very well and she didn’t make me feel rushed while looking through the property. Taylor made the process so simple for me. Brendan responded quickly to our request to want to sell our property. He was friendly and helpful with all our requests. He was very professional with all aspects of selling the house. From beginning to end Zach made the whole selling process a dream. Having never sold a property before we were a little nervous but Zach was fantastic to deal with. He communicated clearly what our options were and we were super excited to be able to try something a little different with our sale process. Thanks Zach and Taylor and the team at First National. You have been extremely professional in the sale of our property in dealing with buyers and with the tenant as well as ourselves. Thank you for getting us the right tenant who was willing to have a home open for buyers when needed.
