De Iuliis 'de uli ~ iss' is a Hunter Valley wine producer established by the De Iuliis family and operated by Michael De Iuliis. Originating from Italy the De Iuliis family have made the Hunter region their home since 1960.
After a long successful career in the Hunter mining industry, Joss and Anna De Iuliis were inspired to follow their family passion for wine and chose a property in the Lovedale Road region of the Lower Hunter Valley, converting a grazing property into a 20ha vineyard with the first vines planted in 1990.For the first decade they provided fruit for some of the Hunter Valley's biggest names.

We grow seriously good grapes in unique and iconic Hunter Valley vineyard sites, then throw out the rule book and focus on making exceptional wine that everyone can enjoy. As a DeWine Club Member you can book a free guided tasting with friends or family at our award-winning cellar door. Sample from the full range of De Iuliis wines including older vintage rarities and some only available to wine club members. You can also enjoy our specialty cheese and wine matching experience (by appointment only).

Whether you're after a low-key weekend or the perfect base to explore the Hunter, the Winemakers House @ De Iuliis has you more than covered, with a free premium wine tasting included for all bookings. The split-level house, which enjoys plenty of natural light and is just 30 metres from our busy cellar door, sleeps up to seven guests and has all the modern conveniences needed for a memorable weekend away with friends or family.

Julie was so helpful and service was amazing! She helped us choose some wine and even went as far as to point out local spots for the best olive oils, cheeses and olives on a map of Hunter Valley. The wines were great and well priced, and was conviently places next the two fat blokes next door, which had some great food and cheese.
