Used them multiple times for small jobs like tap servicing and hooking up washing machine and had no complaints - good work and the lads that came out to my house were always polite and do good work. The last job was more significant (over 3k) and I asked for an itemized bill when it was finished. The job was completed in less than a day when the quote was for 2-3 days (I was led to believe). I am in no way claiming that they overcharged - it seems it may have been a miscommunication. However, the reply to my query about the bill really rude. The work these guys do I have zero problems with but
