This people are absolutely corrupt!! At first they said my car only needed a regular service which they quoted me $400 then after they said oh actually my car needs a major service and charged me almost a $1000 for it, thats was on top of additional other repairs they said my car needed. By the time I got my car back after 3 days my total bill was over $3800, which some $1300 was covered by an insurance I had on my engine thank God; and they said there were STILL more things that should be replaced or repaired. All that and they didnt even give my car a simple wash. I just had my car serviced again

I'm sure they did a fine job with my car, but I believe that I was vastly over charged for what they did. Service was pricy, but I have an Audi, so we can forgive that. However they charged me 550 bucks to find and replace a parking sensor, and almost 600 bucks to replace my rear brake pads. independent research shows that this was way above the high side that one should expect for this vehicle. They were open about what things would cost, and nothing was done without my approval, but I regret not shopping around/doing it myself (a parking sensor is 20 bucks on ebay...)

Took car in for a battery replacement, on collection of my vehicle I was given a list of items apparently wrong with my car and told i had to pay $500 cash and would not get a receipt for the battery replacement. I was told that if i did not pay the $500 i would not get my car back and my car would be reported as not roadworthy. I have since had my vehicle looked at by 2 other mechanics and been advised that there is nothing wrong with the car. Including the new wind screen wipers that apparently needed to be replaced even though i had replaced them 2 weeks before taking the vehicle to west Leederville
