The couple of times I’ve used Active Fabrications this year, Keith has been most amazing with his knowledge, attitude and assistance. He is a great positive to a great local business.

So I had a great idea to rebuild my work trailer and Active Fabrications Lawnton came highly recommended from a friend who built camper trailers. I went down and saw the manager Keith who bent over backwards to understand the purpose of the trailer I wanted to build so he could get the right products. Since having done numerous trips for work through cape York and surrounding remote areas the parts he recommended haven’t let me down. I will continue to come and see Keith for the other trailers that I will build in the near future.

FANTASTIC! customer service is amazing, very knowledgeable and great to work with. Always asking questions and giving advice towards my project “9m enclose car trailer” i will not be going to any other trailer or fabrication as Keith helps and gives me the best advice! nothing but respect for the man!

Travelling North for first day of holidays we had a malfunction of the Polly block on the trailer. Not only did they have the part in stock Keith guided us through how to attach it. Keith went above and beyond to help us.

Last week I discovered that the brakes on my caravan were no longer working. As I am due to go on a 6 week caravan adventure I needed to find somewhere to buy replacement brakes. I rang multiple companies on the Sunshine Coast, where I live, without success. Active Fabrications Lawnton came up in my Google search so I decided to give them a try.
Keith Verhoog answered the phone and I immediately felt that I was making progress. Keith was happy and cheerful (not bad for a Friday) and he assured me that Active Fabrications would have what I needed. I was hoping to find a supplier a bit closer to

Keith at the Lawnton branch always goes out of his way to help us with parts for our trailers and point us in the right direction for technical assistance. His knowledge in this field is second to none and I would highly recommend Active Fab to any other manufacturers looking for a knowledgeable, helpful parts supplier.

Greg here typing this. My son and I have just replaced a full suspension on my caravan after the original one failed. We originally spoke to Steve who put us on the right track, but then ordered all parts (including custom made axles) through Keith at Lawnton. He was great to deal with - knows his stuff and couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks to Keith and Steve. I don't think you'd find better people to deal with anywhere.

Such lazy customer service, I went in there to buy a trailer tire off them and asked them to fit it. They said sorry we don’t do that, I’m never going back.

Theses guys are awesome. Got me out of trouble big time by making a new axle for my boat trailer. Thank you very much. Highly recommend them
