Unfortunately, the worst experience I have ever had with a company. @B&D you may want to think about who you outsource work to. Apart from not taking your calls, returning emails and not turning up on installation day the entire process was entirely regrettable and its still going almost 3 months later.

I had 2 new doors and openers installed to my house by B&D Harris Doors Arundel. Dealt with Phil for sales. Excellent. Just had them serviced by Luke because they are 12 months old. Just fantastic. Had motor and springs replaced about a week ago. Luke was here providing great and comprehensive service. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He even gave us few maintenance tips. We will definitely use them for annual servicing and any issues with the garage door. Highly recommended.

Harris doors fails to impress us too. The doors started to rust after 3 years and they quoted us a price that was more expensive than the original price for a whole new door to replace it AND didn't include the motor or the tracks. Why do these companies not realize that customer service/reputation means everything on the Gold Coast. Definitely will not use this company next time.

Years and years ago,my parents got harris doors to install our 2x rollerdoor carport.
A couple of months ago, one them had been playing up, had to do the rollerdoor manyally rather than automatically. So rang them,got a guy to come round and give his recommendations of how to get it working again, then a couple of weeks later another guy came round and added some weather protective thing that goes underneath the rollerdoor to stop water and stuff getting in.
The guy ended up Fixing it on the actual control, or so we thought..... then maybe 1 or 2 days later the rollerdoor went up all by itself
