The Pest Control Industry was not something Nicky really thought of until her husband Jay decided that working with creepy crawlies was something he was very passionate about and decided that this was the career path he was going to take.
After watching Jay work for another pest control company and teaching pest control at Tafe in Melbourne for many years, Nicky soon realised that with Jay's passion and knowledge of insect biology there was a huge potential to be starting their own company.There was no doubt that I knew we could be successful.

Wilara is our administration assistant and is no stranger to the pest control industry. Being the daughter of Jay and Nicky Turner (Owners of Laguna Pest Control) she has been brought up with the knowledge of pests.

Wallace is the youngest member of the Laguna team and is the son of the owners, Jay and Nicky. Wallace completed year 12 in 2019 at Good Shepherd Lutheran College Noosa and is currently doing a double degree in bachelor of laws and bachelor of criminology & justice at USC, Sunshine Coast. Wallace works in accounts in the office alongside his sister Wilara, and his Mum Nicky and has gained respect and trust of our existing clientele.
Bella is an important team member of Laguna Pest Control. She joined the team as a 6 month old puppy and has been working in the office for over 4 years. Research has proven that having a dog in the office can improve staff well being and productivity. Having Bella in the office helps lower our stress levels, heart rate, blood pressure and helps making us feel less lonely.
Black Mountain has a fully qualified Pest Manager who has completed his bachelor of Biological Science and Entomology. Owner Jay Turner operates the successful Laguna Pest Control in the Black Mountain area with the help of his wife Nicky. Termites cause in excess of $100 million worth of building damage to homes throughout Australia each year!.

I have used Laguna for quite a few years now and have always found them prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. They are reputable, know their business and don't over service. I have found combining the annual pest spray and termite inspection works for me and is the best value for these services. I have no problem recommending Laguna Pest Control - they are a great local business!
