Hello I found my experience less than satisfactory I didn't go away happy and wouldn't recommend them with everything I ordered a car rim and didn't get the correct size I gave understandable information what i wanted and didn't get what i ask for Didn't seem to be all cared about I felt my matter wasn't handled well enough Couldn't get a refund either when went looking for one I payed alot of money for it Told to sell rim online I wasn't comfortable with the experience Its disappointing So , for time being ,i wouldn't look at shopping there Thanks for reading

Vince and his team responded swiftly and wonderfully to a mishap while I was getting my car serviced. The follow up and level of customer service was exceptional. Having trained people in customer service in the past can lead to disappointing expectations yet I could not fault the team at Thompson Nissan. From one happy customer and one happy car!

I was in yesterday for a service to my Nissan. I have not been in here for a service before as I live in another town. However I did buy the car from them.
Well I can say that I was extremely surprised at the level of service received. From the friendly staff and the speed of the service I cannot thank the staff more. Even the lovely lady who dropped me off and picked me up was efficient and lovely. You sure changed my perception of how a proper service department works.

I cannot praise Shepparton Nissan Service Department highly enough.
I had a problem with the CVT in my Pulsar Hatch, i found out that i had three days left on the warranty. I had dealings with both Michael and Zac, the workshop was completely booked for two weeks, we had my car taken to their Service Department on a flat top truck, was expecting not to here from them for a month. They kept in touch with me as to where what's they were with my car, they sent a report to Nissan Australia, then i received a phone call from Michael letting me know that Nissan Australia had approved to replace the

Took a while to get any help despite no other customers. We were approached by someone from holden next door who was rude when we he realised we were there for a navara. I liked that the salesman who served us wasn't at all pushy but we weren't offered a test drive and he wasn't overly helpful either. Maybe it was because we had a child with us but I will say they were very tolerant of him.

My sales experience was not great (resulting in my going somewhere else). Blackburn and Ferntree Gully Nissan both willing to do more for me even though I wasn't local. Vehicle Service experience has been absolutely terrible, from ordering wrong parts, to delays, to receiving the car back without items being fixed and blatant lies provided as to why they didn't do anything. Luckily I'm mechanically able and diagnose a problem and can check if things have or haven't been done.

Incompetent service department.
Have been overcharged for previous services, due to the service department telling me that my girlfriends Nissan Pulsar STL was a 1.6 (Nissan don't make a 1.6 STL) and that if you add up all the receipts, as previous ones have come under it's alright that the previous 2 receipts were more. Ask to speak to service manager. Who looks over them and asks "what I want him to do about it?" Tell him I want a refund of the cost over the fixed price, as they can't charge more, he arrogantly asks me "If I am going to pay back the difference on between the price charged and
