Asked for shellac on my toes for an event I had that night. Cost $30 which is normal price for most nail salons. There was no set up, just me sitting on a chair with my feet up on the lady’s knee - bit strange.. Long story short, the nail polish must’ve been expired as when used, it came up bubbly and rough on the nails. I asked for it to be removed as I was so unhappy with how messy it was, she refused to soak off and went to buff them off instead by hand. Very painful and uncomfortable experience. I would much rather pay $30 at another salon that comes with the extras like massage chair,

She is a professional and has so much knowledge in beauty therapy. I have had numerous treatment's including IPL hair removal and I rate her 10 out of 10. She is also the very few beauticians to produce and brand her own skin care which is second to none. Had this skin condition a while back that wouldn't go away, I brought this product off her and my rash has never come back.
