Ideal for a short-stay vacation 1-3 nights or a business trip, our studio Noosa apartments are one room that come with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and bar fridge. Free Foxtel and Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Small balcony, double or twin beds, situated to the back of the building so unfortunately they don't have garden views like our 1 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms.
Our friendly on-site team can assist you in planning your Noosa and Sunshine Coast trip with recommendations for the restaurants, caf's and boutiques of Noosa River foreshore or Hastings Street and beyond. Be as active or relaxed as you wish with access to water sports, walking or cycling paths to day spas and yoga studios right at our doorstep.
Set just off The Noosa River Foreshore we are a short stroll to caf's & restaurants. Want to grab some provisions for your stay? We are only 200m from Noosa Village Shopping Centre with its supermarket, choice of bottle shops, chemist and speciality stores. We are 3.5k from Noosa Main Beach and Hastings St, an easy 30-minute drive from Sunshine Coast Airport and approximately 90 minutes' drive from Brisbane International Airport.
Our world-famous protected beach fringed by National Parks where you might swim with dolphins, turtles and fish galore. Hire a surfboard or SUP, grab your snorkel or just relax in the Noosa year-round sunshine. Stock up on the best of our hinterland grown organic produce, take home some treats or plan a gourmet picnic.
Mariners Reach is located offsite to Twin Quays Resort at 213 Gympie Tce Noosaville. This 2 bedroom apartment offers undercover parking, swimming pool (heated in the winter months) and BBQ area, and just a short stroll to restaurants and cafes. Excellent family or couples accommodation. Catch the Ferry or local bus to Main Beach and Hastings Street, stops located just at the end of Albert Street.

Comfortable and fully equipped rooms (units with one bedroom) wonderfully lit by the sun in the morning. Very convenient location next to parks, river, beach, restaurants, shops and rich mansions surrounded by canals in the neighborhood.
Excellent service from Bec & Tim, they are very professional willing to help on anything you need.
Also, it is a usually a quiet place to stay as it is located on a quiet street.
If you like tranquility and dinning at walking distance, you'll love it.

Came up for two nights from Brissie. The owners at the reception were super lovely and helpful, provided maps, voucher and information on nice restaurants nearby. We were in room 23 which is a double with balcony with river views. It's simple but really well maintained and clean, equipped with fridge, microwave, AC, hair dryer, everything you'd need. Location is perfect, pool is really clean and quiet as well with a BBQ area. The whole hotel is quiet and peaceful as well. Rooms feel very private. Definitely recommend, will be coming here again when visiting Noosa
