Identifying and liaising with key project stake holders, such as the Client, Municipalities, Catchment Management Authorities, Environmental Protection Authority, Service Authorities and the Public Sector including preparation of a Communication Management Strategy. Establish Quality Management Systems to ensure that the project scope, cost and timeframes are identified, managed and controlled throughout the duration of the project.
