It all started when we realised that Australians were not receiving the IT support they needed. Most of the time, solutions are slapped together using old technology. We didn't feel that this was doing the industry justice and so we set out to find a better way. What we found out was that a lot of companies were charging premium dollar for a below average service.

Our ad hoc IT support rates are billed out at $135.00/hr ex gst. The first hour is always billed, however we do not charge a call out fee. Once the hour is up, we bill in 15min intervals. This covers our travel time in between appointments. In most cases an hour is needed to diagnose, troubleshoot and solve your issues.
We understand that IT systems can get complicated. Our Systems Engineers are here to help with IT System Management, and to help take away the stress of managing your own IT infrastructure.
