I first went to Platinum smile dentist about 10 years ago. The service and dental care I received there is second to none, over the years I have had numerous dental services there.
It is friendly, efficient, low cost, extremely good work of the highest standard.

I went to Platinum Smile Dental Clinic, Mandurah, last week very hesitantly!! Having had a bad experience at the last dentist I saw. I was petrified as having had torture for over an hour at the last dentist, the last thing I wanted was another bad experience!! I had been recommended Dr Eugene Khoo by a friend and had been told that he was very gentle, friendly, approachable and explained everything to you. I found this to be so true, I felt at ease, what a pleasant surprise to be seen by a dentist that cares. I already have my next appointment booked. If I can do it so can you.

From when you step in the door right thru to the end this is the best dentist by far. Every single person who works here is fantastic and has made me feel so at ease as I have a phobia of dentists. Eugene is the sweetest man who makes your fears disappear and the girls who work with him are the best. Could not fault one thing about this place. I'm one very happy customer!

My experience was awesome. Platinum Smile made me feel welcomed at first entrance & then when I had seen the Doctor. When asking questions both Dr & reception cleared things up for me & was very clear on the information I needed. Very helpful I must say. First time going to Platinum and was very happy with the service, right from entering the reception area I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. The dental hygienist was thorough and didn’t hurt a bit. The dentist was great in giving me advice! I’ll be back and bringing my family across to this dental practice.

I have found everyone at Platinum Smile from Receptionist through to Dental Hygienist and Dentist to provide an excellent, friendly and professional service. I am a very nervous dental patient so finding a dentist I felt comfortable and confident in was very important to me. Eugene at Platinum Smile has been brilliant. First point of contact at this wonderful practice is the lovely happy ladies at reception. They are always so welcoming and greet me with a smile! I have seen Dr Eugene and most recently Dr Sahithi and both are very gentle and excellent dentists. Their friendly natures would put anyone at ease. I receive the best care every time I attend the practice and highly recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Platinum Smile. My teeth were atrociously crooked until, Doctor Eugene recommended Invisalign. My teeth are beautifully even, thanks to him. He is such a kind and caring person. Very… professional and willing to answer any questions you may have. He is an absolute genius. The reception are very friendly; especially Jess.
