Remedial massage is assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. It is performed to create favourable conditions for the body to return to normal health after injury.

It is a very gentle and relaxing form of massage targeted towards stimulation of the Lymphatic system and manual assistance of lymph movement through the body. Stimulation of the Lymphatic system, assists in movement of toxins, waste products and cell debris, from the tissues and organs so that the body can filter, clean and discard the waste.
Oncology massage is the modification of existing massage therapy techniques in order to safely work with complications of cancer and cancer treatment. Anyone who has ever received cancer treatment, from those in active treatment to those in recovery or survivorship, as well as those at the end of life, are best served by a therapist who has received training in oncology massage.

I am more than pleased, indeed grateful, Tim Edwards was recommended to me as a therapist who could assist me with managing my headaches, general body pain and tension. Through his myotherapy and massage techniques I am experiencing a noticeable and positive difference and this was from the first visit. Tim is most professional and respectful in his manner and practice (for me, really important); I do enjoy the genuine caring he offers me as a client.
