Filton Packaging offer an extensive list of flexible films which are available in a wide range of widths and gauges to suit your packaging requirements. In addition, these films are available with special features such as anti-fog, oxygen barrier, metallised, microwaveable and ovenable. Our flexible films support demanding high speed lines and short sealing times and are suitable for all Horizontal and Vertical, form fill and seal applications.
Filton Packaging offer an extensive range of lidding films that are produced to cater to every requirement. These include coated polyester films and lamination films, slow steam release films and even easy peel ovenable options. Filton Packaging has many lidding films which have been developed for the ready meals industry and are available in a wide range of gauges.
Filton Packaging macro perforation has been developed to enhance product freshness and shelf-life therefore reducing food waste. Macro perforation is widely found on materials used for packaging fresh fruit and vegetable products including films and bags. We have standard perforation patterns available to suit most products fresh fruit and vegetable products, with custom perforation patterns also available tailored to your product requirements.
Filton Packaging can supply you with all of your laminated film requirements. Laminated films are widely used for packing products such as confectionery, snack foods and dairy. We offer both solvent and solvent free lamination processes depending on your application. Demanding high speed lines and short sealing times are our specialty.
