RLMS is a Queensland based environmental, mapping and land management consultancy established in 1990 by Ross Skerman. Ross established RLMS to fill what he saw as a gap in the market for a consultancy that delivered results. The company has grown since its initial days but Ross has always worked on the philosophy of maintaining a small group of employees who are experienced and technical experts in their fields.
It has also increased its scope to include power transmission, rail road, slurry and water pipelines. It has also extended its geographic range to include all of Australia. Projects that have helped shape RLMS include Southwest Queensland Gas Pipeline, Sun LNG, due diligence on the MAP, DBNGP, and Queensland gas Pipelines, and the CopperString Project.

We are familiar and experienced with the latest legislative requirements and protocols for the State and Commonwealth environmental assessment and approval processes of projects throughout eastern Australia.
RLMS is the exclusive supplier of TurboRoute - Alignment Sheet Generator product in Australasia on behalf of Eagle Information Mapping Inc. (EIM) which is a company based in the United States of America. TurboRoute is available as a Single Seat/User Licence. RLMS' GIS personnel have considerable knowledge and experience in the processes involved in the development of alignment sheets for projects of all sizes.
RLMS employs experienced GIS personnel who have considerable knowledge and experience in the processes involved during the evaluation, planning, procurement, construction and post-construction phases of various development projects. RLMS offers customised spatial analysis and mapping solutions to solve any industry or business mapping requirements.
RLMS compiles and maintains an extensive information database on petroleum activities across Eastern Australia. This includes wide-ranging data on upstream developments, production and reserves, petroleum infrastructure, legislative requirements, tenure management and compliance requirements.
