Our Full-Time Martial Arts Academy has been operating on the Fraser Coast for over 30 years. Our black belts are senior experienced martial artists who don't just play martial arts, they live and breathe it. The Chief Instructor/owner is Hanshi Brad Ross, a 9th degree black belt with over 30 years' experience in the martial arts. Brad also holds a 9th degree black singlet in BJC Muay Thai, a 5th degree black belt in BJMA Krav Maga, and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Along with Brad's martial arts qualifications, he also holds a Bachelor of Education with a major in Physical Education.

The Maryborough Martial Arts Centre has been servicing the Fraser Coast since 1986 and is one of the most innovative dojos in Australia. Owner and Head Instructor Kyoshi Brad Ross is a Professional Martial Arts Instructor holding ranks in Zen Do Kai Martial Arts, BJC Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with over 30 years training in the martial arts.
All of our instructors at MMAA are professional full time martial artists. They have a combined extensive experience of over 70 years, and their energy, enthusiasm and helpfulness ensure our programs are a success. Our instructors strive daily to be the best they can be and they're dedicated to passing along that special quality of assurance and achievement to every student.
All classes consist of functional fitness, fundamentals of martial arts and self defence. The programs will keep them physically fit and help with the benefits of good behaviour, teamwork, good manners, patience and doing their best. The programs covers valuable lessons on bullying and stranger danger.
