Services
You get to tell us exactly when, and all you need to do is to put your belongings ready to be loaded. With our Premium Storage Package you'll have 2 AFRA trained removalists on site to do all the heavy lifting. Once everything is packed secure for transport, you get to put the padlock on it, so only you have access.
The old fashion way, this is how it works with fixed storage units; you bring everything to the facility yourself to load it into the storage unit. I wouldn't recommend it, as you miss out on the biggest advanatage of the storage units being portable, but. We bring the storage unit to your location, and while we service other clients, you have plenty of time to load it yourself.
Super Cheap Self Storage wants things to be convenient for you. All you need to do is set up a moving date with one of our consultants and we'll take care of everything else. Pack from the comfort of your home and wait for our moving vans to come around! You have the option to let us take care of the moving operation; load up your items on your own, or let our removalists take care of the heavy duty moving.

I am sooo happy with this service. Shannon and Ty did an amazing job packing my two modules. They where on time, gave me a courtesy call about an hour out from arival. And were very respectful with all of our family's possessions. They wrapped and stacked everything perfectly far more than I expected. In the past I used taxi box. Never again!!! The size of Their box's are so much smaller I would have needed four modules instead of two.

From start of order to a finished job, there was great coordination in the process. I was particularly impressed with the efficiency that Matt and Omar excercised in the job, especially Matt has a great analytical mind for the accurate requirements of my items which fitted in snugly into 3 modules as estimated. He was very clear and polite in his answers. Both of them worked well together, did not waste time and handled the items carefully. I feel they were very experienced and professional.
I highly recommend Supercheap Storage for removal and storage using the "modules" concept which is great

I am so pleased with this company, the Drivers Matt and Henrik were so polite and helpful. From the minute we decided to go through Supercheap to the pick up the whole transition was professional and I would recommend them highly. Nothing was a bother, from the Manager to the staff I would say this company is awesome. The website is very helpful and thorough, once again to the Manager and the staff thank you for making our lives easier and for your support and ongoing help.

Excellent and Exceptional Customer Service, Care and attention to detail. Last week, my wife and I used the 'Premium Service' offered by Supercheap Storage to remove and store our personal and household contents and return them to our new home. We dealt with Joshna, Bashak and David at their office and the actual removal and return was handled by Matt and Agi and we simply cannot describe how very satisfied we are with the quality of their service. They were calm, professional and extremely courteous. We accidentally placed our son's Thomas, the Tank Toys in storage and they went out of their way

Have had to report to ACCC after they broke a 12 month agreement and began charging whatever they wanted.
I signed up for a $90 unit fee with Supercheap Storage plus $27.27 for insurance. This was the deal negotiated in March 2015 with their sales rep to continue until February 2016. However, as early as July 2015, they increased this total fee to $143.90 then up to $160.40 in June 2016 without my consent or even notifying me.
The original agreement was to remain in place until February 2016 - I signed up to an agreed cost over an agreed period given the length of storage (over 12 months). That
