Established in 1981, we are a privately owned insurance brokerage located in South Brisbane. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within twenty (20) days, please contact us on 1300 908 404 or put your complaint in writing and send it to the address noted at the beginning of our FSG. Todd has been our insurance broker on both a business and personal level for over 10 years now.
We have always found him to be to go above and beyond. He is available whenever we need to ask a question (which is often) or get his professional, unbiased advice on a huge range of insurance matters. Nothing is ever too much. We have quite a unique business so he ALWAYS has to work hard to find the right kind of coverage for us.
He will also go into bat for us with the insurance companies if needed when making a claim or renewing our policies.

Todd is fantastic, nothing but a godsend. He excels diffusing high stress situations caused by insurance claims, tenant damage, dealing with insurance agencies etc. He has literally been a guiding light for us, providing information and assurance where needed. Not only is he fully on top of all our insurance needs, he has been the front face and voice of reason in our claim. I could not recommend him any more highly. My recent experience with allsafe insurance brokers has reassured me that all my insurance needs were considered from start to finish. My very knowledgeable and enthusiastic broker Sara enlightened me to the difference between insurers and the policies they provide. While price is of importance to most being covered for anything that may arise in the future was more important me whilst having someone there to assist me in any future claims process. I though they were reliable but in fact they just steal money from you. They wrote off my car without my concern after the accident which was not my fault and ask me to buy a new policy from them again?! And the $1,000 access fee that they ask me to pay up front 8 month ago, told me they would pay me back which now they are saying not sure when they will as they have a case has been lasted for 3 years and still not been paid. They just told me to be patient!
Be careful when you choose this Allsafe Insurance. Not safe at all! Especially when you deal with a guy named Juan! He was my insurance broker

I have been dealing with Juan Ahumada from All Safe Insurance brokers for 2 years now. The service that he provides is exemplary….always takes the time to talk to me to ensure he is giving me the best option of product that will suit my needs. He calls when he says he call and I know he is always looking out for my best interest.
