Who would be silly enough to sell a property in 'lockdown'? That was the situation we found ourselves in and to be frank, we were quite nervous about how it would go. However, we had the best agent that we could have ever wished for. Jason Partridge guided the 'ship' through these unchartered waters perfectly. Renting units and housing for about 40 years, I have used nearly every Real Estate agent in Australia.
Having heard all the excuses why they can’t get the tap fixed or why the rent is going up twice this year instead of the usual once, I thought that’s the way they all worked.
Then my family and I walked into Pattersons Real Estate and met Nicole and Jason the new owners of Pattersons.
I told them we were looking to rent for approx. 6 months then would be buying our own house and would they help us do both.
I must say the help we got (until this day) is and has been amazing.
