McNally Travel is an independent agency based in Perth, Western Australia. We are a member of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) and proudly ATAS accredited. As a former helicopter pilot and lifelong aviation enthusiast, Karen McNally launched McNally Travel to combine her love of flying with her passion for exploring the world.
Karen's favourite destination is Canada. Between flying helicopters to offshore rigs in Australia, she also flew onshore oil and gas employees by helicopter in Northern and Western parts of Canada. Karen became an unofficial tour guide, enjoying remote (and sometimes secret) fishing spots, amazing wildlife and breathtaking landscapes, not to mention meeting a host of very friendly people.

I have just had a fabulous stay at Crown Towers for my birthday 🎂 The only hiccup was discovering that the pool area was closed due to maintenance works. On contacting McNally travel and explaining the situation, Karen sent a letter outlining how no correspondence about the pool closure had been provided to either McNally travel or myself prior to… booking. On presenting this to Crown I was provided with drinks vouchers and complimentary movies all weekend! I would highly recommend McNally travel to anyone even for the smaller trips as you always get that personal touch and prompt

I booked my dream holiday with Karen, and can I just say, I’m so glad that I did.
Karen put together an incredible itinerary, complete with all the places I wanted to see, and al the experiences I wanted to have.
During my holiday I had a number of issues with some of my itinerary- Karen didn’t skip a beat in putting together alternative arrangements for me. She was incredible and I was able to relax, safe in the knowledge that I was looked after incredibly well.
I will definitely be booking my next adventures with Karen.

Karen organised a trip to Canada for me recently which was left me believing she is a travel agent genius! I provided Karen with a list of things I like to do on holiday and with only one main destination in mind, requested an itinerary before and after the main stop. Karen organised this beautifully and exceeded my expectations on the itinerary. A fabulous time was had and everything went wonderfully! We recently returned from our holiday organised by McNally Travel. Karen did a great job tailoring a trip to our requirements. Karen went out of her way helping us organize our family trip to Canada. She is always helpful and just has the right way to go. We got stuck up in the Mountains and weren't sure what to do, and she supported us with how to make it safely out. She always made time for us even though she was on her time off. Karen organised every aspect of our recent holiday which included return flights, a cruise from Singapore, Hotel accomodation and transport from airports, ports, etc. Our holiday was fantastic and knowing Karen is only an e-mail away if we encounter any difficulties is reassuring. I have used McNally Travel on numerous occasions and have Family… and friends who have experienced the same outstanding customer service over the last couple of years from Karen. I would highly recommend McNally Travel as a go to for all your travel needs. Karen helped us plan an extensive & somewhat complicated flight itinerary around a family wedding in Mexico with travel to Hawaii, mainland USA, Colombia & Cuba around this. Karen also gave us many options for accomodation, car rental, visa advice & tours in the various countries. When we need travel advise I will not hesitate to contact McNally Travel again. Second time I've used McNally Travel Service to assist us with our holiday plans as Karen is just fantastic and professional. I had planned an extensive itinerary around Japan and Karen found the best suited hotels for us at each and every stop.
