Bistro Report

Our Bistro offers a family friendly environment specialising in delicious food and quality service. Open seven days a week, book a table online or head in and speak with our friendly team. Inspired by our surroundings and local producers, we believe in sourcing locally and sustainably. Our menu has something for everyone, including fresh seafood, steaks, pastas, salads and all the pub classics you know and love.

Our Bars Report

We pride ourselves on having something for everyone, with a huge range of wine available, hailing from premium Australian producers, to overseas imported drops. We wouldn't be your local without a huge range of beer on tap either, so take a look at the selection we've got and toast with your mates.

We strive to be at the heart of our local community by providing a place for friends to meet, for families to relax and to host local functions and events. We are the unofficial 'clubhouse' for a number of local sporting teams - a place to re-convene after matches, sell raffle tickets, celebrate victories and commiserate losses.

We 7 mature ladies thoroughly enjoyed our visit/lunch today. The Senior meals were all enjoyed, it was nice and quiet in our area, so it was easy to chat and hear each other. Special mention to Conner for looking after us so well from taking our orders to delivering the food! Thanks everyone.

Staff were warm and approachable. Sharon, who catered to our every need, went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our meal and service. She was lovely.
The food was delicious and had a great choice of classic favourites. Seniors can eat under $10. However, non-senior meals are a tad on the expensive side.

Nice quiet atmosphere for Saturday lunch. Garlic bread was the best ever had. Chicken schnitzel arrived hot, with chips & salad. Lisa was really friendly, great personality. Will be returning.

We went to the Rose and Shamrock for our retirement dinner last Friday. There were about 40 of us at different tables. The service from Sharron and staff was exceptional. Loving the new menu and the food quality has been great since re-opening. The barramundi was fresh, well cooked and the portion was good. Schnitzels are home made, super crispy and herbed. Caesar salad was delicious. Lisa, Sharon and all the staff are always very welcoming, professional and friendly.

First time back since the covid lockdowns ended in October and yet again Rose Shamrock have exceeded expectations. All of our meals were divine. Great to see the flathead tails back. My husband loved the… Butchers Parma and my steak was PERFECT. Even the little cheeseburger was a hit. Thanks again for an awesome meal and as always friendly lovely staff. 💜💜💜

Overall presentation was nice. Both the steaks were cooked to our liking MR - M which was great.
For the price and quality I rated 3 stars because the Porterhouse was of a Budget grade steak and not of a Aged steak as stated.
It was a quiet environment in the dining area minus a old timer fight near the pokies happening in the foyer where Granny Kicked Pappy in the head. The fight was real. The entertainment for the night, It was a good laugh 😂😂😂
