"If you going to write an email its still going to reach me (highest authority) so dont bother writing" some suggestion from manager after compaining rude behaviour and cheating the customer . Went to Tyrepower Balcatta for changing the front two tyres. Professionals there told me 1 out of 4 rims(15 inch) is damage and they put the tyre on other 14 inch rim and 15 inch (a best configuration as per their recommendation). Trusting them i just drove my car hardly 70 metre and found my steering start going to left by itself (which noone ever told me can happen).Came back for some assistance they told

I got a flat tyre in peak hour traffic on Reid highway and crawled my car to the Caltex in Balcatta. The lady was lovely enough to take my details and key and let me park it at Tyrepower. The next morning at 7.50am Andrew tried to ring me but I was at work. Minutes later I had a message saying all sorted. Few hours later I had another message saying ready to pick up I was over the moon. These guys went above and beyond and though I don't live in that area I will certainly give them my business in the future! Angels in disguise 😇 highly recommended 100%

Fantastic service from the initial phone contact to end result. The manager, Andrew, is honest and very fair. I damaged two tyres in a minor accident yesterday and needed quick service at a reasonable price. Andrew gave me 10 percent off the two tyres. Also, the mechanic straightened a damaged wheel at no extra charge. They use plastic covers over the seats to protect them. Andrew even sprayed tyre black onto all my tyres before I left. One very happy customer. 😊

Andrew is professional and made something completely foreign to me very easy and seamless. My tyre unfortunately got a puncture that needed to be completely replaced. I dropped it off in the late afternoon and by mid day the following day, the new tyre had been delivered which took minutes to swap over. Great experience - quick, reliable, professional and personable! Thank you!

Have been taking our fleet there for years as well as my personal cars and motorhome. Honest service, fair prices and reliable.
