I would not recommend Cardiff Volkswagen to my worst enemy. Their customer service would get a 0 from me if there was an option to give a 0. After reading the above comments from Alyson i actually hate to say that it pleases me that other people are also being treated like myself with with not one bit of disregard. Alyson feel free to reach out as i also just purchased 2 x Amaroks and spent a total of 150k with Volkswagon and have been left out to dry. As soon as i drove the vehicle out of the dealership i have experienced extremely irritating break noises. I have taken this back now 3 times and

Purchased 2021 Tiguan Allspace Wolfsburg.
Defective paint work noticed within 48hrs of pickup. Over 4mths I have been disputing this with the dealership and VW Australia. Constantly handed from on person to another and no one taking responsibility. VW believe you can purchase a brand new vehicle in which I paid cash only for them to recommend sending to a third party repair for a respray or the front end. They have already attempted infra-red heat at a third party repairer which failed, but they want to try it again. I have asked for a new vehicle or a complete refund which they have declined

I took my Amarok to Cardiff Volkswagen for analysis of suspected torque converter problem. They told me that it needed a new transfer case with a quote of $6,200. Waiting time of 6 weeks and a huge deposit of $5,600. They charged me $180 for the analysis which turned out to be incorrect after I got a second opinion. Not happy with their assessment.

If i could leave a no star rating I would.
Done an injector in my VW Amarok. I took my ute to cardiff VW to have it replaced.
After driving less then 100km in distance the engine blew up and put a rod through the block which also ruined the gearbox.
Took the vehicle back to them to see what the problem was they diagnosed the above issue and told me it would be a $37,000 repair. When questioned they, took absolutely no ownership or responsibility what so ever!
They test drove and put over there machine and said the vehicle was fine now I’m left without a vehicle and a hefty bill.

Steve and the guys at the service department treated us like family even though we were just passing through. They gave us great options and made sure we left as happy as possible, no words can express how grateful we are that these guys were there to help us in our time of great need and if we are ever back in the area we will be calling in, even just to say hi!

Excellent customer service. Purchased an Amorok from here after dealing with another VW dealer who didn't follow up on my enquiry. I found the sales process straight forward an honest with no BS. Car was picked up and thorough explanation given at handover. First time I've bought a vehicle in 40 years and haven't experienced buyers remorse. Very happy with everything to date.
