Total Roof Restoration Roofing Services do not use any chemicals for the cleaning of Cement Tiles or Colorbond. Roof Sealer: Is a product that is formulated to consolidate and encapsulate the surface layer of the tile(s), as well as aid inter-coat adhesion with 962 Roof Membrane.

We contacted Lauren regarding the roof leak and he came to the property the very next day early in the morning, identified and fixed the issue. I really loved the transparency of his work, we could not be present at the property on that day, so he sent a video before the fix and then another one after the fix. While on the roof he and his team cleaned the gutters, which was above and beyond the original repair (at no extra cost), and shows he cares about the customer and the work being done well. Great and fast service, quite rare to see these days.

Lauren was very communicative from the time I contacted him re cleaning and painting our 40 year old roof and was able to come within a couple of weeks of engaging his services.
He and Matt discovered a few holes and badly done re-flashing of skylights by a previous contactor, which he was able to repair on the spot. Lauren kept me informed during the course of the day via short videos and pics.
The result of the work done on the day is a roof that looks like new!
I would highly recommend Total Roof Restoration to anyone wanting to reinvigorate an old roof without the much higher cost of replacing

We highly recommend Total Roof Restoration. We called Lauren on Friday as our house had suffered some storm damage and our lounge room ceiling was collapsing. We needed to get the roof fixed before we could get a plasterer out for the internal repairs. Immediately Lauren reassured us that he would fix our roof for us and not to worry. Full restoration of cement tiled roof after 40 years, what a difference! Job was carried out very professionally over 2 days. We couldn't be happier, even the neighbours were impressed. Tbh initially I just wanted a leak looked at/repaired and got convinced to do a whole roof repair and restoration BUT no regrets and Mathew and Lauren did a great job with my roof looking good as new and hopefully will last many years to come. Even installed a couple of whirly birds (painted same as the roof) which has always been on my to do list. Almost perfect weather helped them complete the job swiftly, and it’s handy to receive photo and video updates as the job is getting done especially considering it’s pretty hard to see most of the roof from the ground. Thanks guys 👍🏼

Update: 3 weeks later. Last night we experienced some of the worst wind and storm activity in the 20 years I’ve lived here.
