As someone who is familiar with computers and their complexity I must say I am impressed with Nelson's knowledge. I was trying to diagnose an issue where my computer randomly turns off after 30 minutes of running. All the guides on the internet were useless and within 5 minutes of talking to Nelson he not only diagnosed the problem but was able to provide me with a solution to it as well.

Nelson helped me get my first PC Build up and running after a few hiccups and me helped understand the issues being considerate of my limited knowledge. He accepted my business last minute on a Friday and made time for my PC so could get it back asap. He responded promptly, worked quickly and even contacted a PC parts supplier on my behalf. Could not recommended him highly enough!

I highly recommend Nelson, he was very fast to diagnose the issue i had with my Mac. After diagnosing the issue as a major fault, he suggested that Apple themselves would most likely perform the repairs free of charge or replace the Mac at a discount. Good to see that honest business is still alive, thank you again Nelson for the help, and at no charge no less.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
