Our team of physio's and remedial massage therapists can help you get out of pain and moving again. Tendon problems are very common in physiotherapy - you might have heard of them as Rotator Cuff Tears, Gluteal Tendinopathy, Achilles Tendinitis or Tennis Elbow. All of these problems involve tendons that are either injured, swollen or sore, and in all cases these tendons are not working properly.
Recovery from a sore or injured tendon takes time - what. Have you been told you have osteoarthritis of your knee? In your knee you have an area of cartilage between your bones to provide some cushioning and support through the joint. Over time you can get degeneration of the cartilage, which can start to irritate your knee and become quite sore.

Services
We know from asking our past and present patients that getting you moving better, both in the short and long-term, is important to you. Our first priority is often to reduce your pain and get you moving freely, but it doesn't end there: We love working with our patients to help restore or improve strength as well as return to the activities that are important to you.
If you have injured yourself playing sport, we're here to help you get back to your best as quickly as possible. It starts with taking a good history and performing the relevant physical tests to give you a clear diagnosis. With a clear diagnosis we can begin gentle treatment on Day 1 to assist the healing process and reduce pain and inflammation.
If you answered YES to any of these questions, then our remedial massage therapist, Rachelle, is here to help you. Rachelle is a qualified massage therapist who uses many techniques to ease tight and sore muscles, improve circulation, reduce stress and make you feel great again!. Rachelle is experienced using many techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy and cupping.
Is shoulder, hip or knee pain slowing you down, keeping you up or stopping you doing the activities you love? Are you confused about the results of your x-ray, ultrasound or MRI? Have you been given multiple explanations for your pain and now you're not sure who to believe? If you answered YES to any of these questions, one of our FREE patient workshops could be a game changer for you.

I basically live at the physio and I couldn't have chosen a better physio to live at. Every single time I do something and my body decides "Nope. Not today" and then gives in, the team at personal best get me up and running again. The friendliest team you'll ever meet and they offer nothing but exceptional and caring service to anybody who walks through their doors.
Would highly recommend if you're after a team that will not only help you mend, but make sure you leave with a smile on your face

Nathan provided a level of service and understanding of my injury that left me feeling informed, rejuvenated and greatly improved after two visits.
I found his instructions and information helpful, pointing out aspects of my problem that seemed trivial but had great bearing on the pain levels that I had been experiencing.
He's a friendly and sympathetic physio who seems to know where the problems lie and can take practical and healing steps towards recovery.
