Although the store is lovely on the outside, my friends and I went here as students and got treated so poorly. After hearing rave reviews from our teacher, we wanted to check it out and upon being told we were students, the staff acted as if we had said something incredibly offensive and left to the back of the store. It made us feel awful for wanting to see the industry in action. Keep this in mind as it will make other fellow beginners feel off put, just like we were. Very unfortunate experience that I won’t be forgetting.

Went to get a bouquet for my girlfriend after work and asked to double check whether they'd make custom bouquets before I could make a decision. Was told that "we can't make you a bouquet when we already have some out there" in an extremely patronizing and rude way by the staff with short hair and glasses. I shopped here quite often but will never return

I’ve ordered a few bouquets from Perrotts this past year and honestly, I wish someone would order a bouquet from them and send to me 😂 they are always absolutely stunning and any of my friends/family who receive them are blown away!! These guys seriously know how to deliver on quality and create the most amazing arrangements.

Called late Friday for a delivery for Saturday. I had the pleasure of talking to Holly, my goodness she was so busy and managed so well. An exceptional individual. I ended up buying everything .... just because I love my wife and the joy Holly created. .... Thanks Holly.

Such a delightful little shop. It looks small from the outside but inside is long and spacious towards the cashier. The florist is very friendly and jolly saying hello to client. There’s a lot of cute pots like cat, dog, human figure. The best for me is their live indoor plants and the the floral arrangement ranging from $29 and up.

I finish work at 5 and didn’t get near the store till just before 5:30. Walked into the store I just wanted to pick up a bunch of flowers for my mum for her birthday. Was quite rudely told that she would be closing in a minute and that I could look at whatever was there but that was it. I just walked out because I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me it actually really upset me. I understand that it was closing time and I apologise for that.
The flowers did look beautiful though my mum would have loved them.
