Definitely 5 star business. James & Gordon are unbelievable. I inadvertently shorted my battery and took it into them to see what could be done. They fixed it for me without hesitation - and wouldn't charge me anything. Now that's the sign of a great business. One that offers great after sales service as well as pre sales service. I had an excellent experience with the entire crew. From the moment I came in I was told exactly what parts my bike needed and the rough cost so I was able to organise the funds. Given the stage 4 lockdown that the store experienced my bike was STILL completed in what I would call a very reasonable time frame and exactly as originally discussed. Since picking it up I have already travelled 100km and experienced a better than ever ride. Very competent mechanics and strong customer service. Will be coming here again!

After reading all the super positive comments about this place, thought I drive across the city to the store to get some first-hand information. Unfortunately, I did not experience the "excellent customer service" that the other reviewers on here raved about. After being fourth to be served despite being third in the line (maybe the couple after me had a booking? Would have been nice to be given a heads up if that was the case as I was already standing around for fifteen minutes), the salesperson seemed disinterested in getting to know my needs and make any of an effort to sell the features of

I knew what to buy, a NCM Moscow plus, a fantastic electric mountain bike which is very hard to find in stock. I received it the day after I made the payment online!
