We engaged Resonate to complete detailed alterations & additions to our heritage listed hotel. The project was carried out while the hotel was still trading with the bar open and under tight time constraints. Cam and his team communicated clearly all the way keeping me up to date with progress and any issues that may pop up on a renovation of this nature. We will be using Resonate again for a planned upcoming renovation to another part of the hotel and would highly recommend them for any building works be it commercial or residential.

I would highly recommend Resonate Homes. Talking from experience I have built 4 homes and renovated 1 I found Resonate Homes very flexible and professional both in the planning and pre start with suggestions of product and building materials which I found very helpful They were very competitive with their pricing . They also allowed me to have my own subcontractor in for some stages of the build I was more than happy with the finished product Gavin O'Dea

We would highly recommend the team from Resonate Homes. Right from the design and planning of our major kitchen renovation to the final installation they were professional, courteous and helpful. Every variation, idea or addition we came up with was met with a solution. Our build was kept within our budget and we were fully informed at every stage. The tradesmen were on time, worked incredibly hard and even cleaned up after themselves! Nothing was too much trouble for the team and we wouldn't hesitate to build/renovate with them again in the future. In fact, we wouldn't consider anyone else.
