Remedial Massage is massage with intent, with purpose. A regular massuer or masseuse works with the muscles and the skin, releasing tension in the top layer of muscles to create calm and destress. A remedial massage on the other hand, can work within the entire body, it's structures and it's systems.

Brilliant services and gets right in to the good spots! very professional services and comes to you! rowan is brilliant at wat he does & very knowledgeable within the muscular, deep tissue, reflexology & massage field. It doesnt take rowan long to figure out where the main pain stems from & the relief after one of his deep tissue massage, which is not for the faint hearted, is absolutely incredible. give rowan a buzz today to experience what i am talking about! I have been experiencing quite a bit of pain in my leg with my sciatic nerve and looked online for a massage therapist near me. Came across Rowan's website. Wow!!! What a find! Rowan is by far the best therapist I have ever used. He is very well in tune with your body and will find the trigger points without you having to point them out to him and works on them. I find his pressure Spot on. Rowan is strong but always asks if everything is comfortable for you. TOP BLOKE. I can't recommend him enough. I am using his service on a regular basis and will continue to do so. Thanks Mate.

I would highly recommend Rowan’s Remedial Massage Therapy to anyone!! Rowan is professional, amazing at his job, flexible with appointment times and always willing to help. He goes above and beyond for his clients, he has been available at short notice when I have pulled my back/neck out and minimized my pain and discomfort significantly.

I play a lot of sports and have a very physical job and was so relieved to find Rowan a few months ago. He is amazing at what he does. I've seen a lot of therapists and Rowan really stands out. I've only just had my first session with Rowan, however I will DEFINITELY be using him again and refering my friends and family.
My partner text him (as his preferred method of contact) and he replied promptly. We arranged the appointment for the same day.

I was having bad PGP during my pregnancy recently. Rowan came every week to fix that! that meant I could walk during my pregnancy. his massage was very effective, aimed at the problem area. I would recommend him to any other pregnant lady out there who needs some effective relief to make your pregnancy that much easier!

Rowan is very professional and the massage is so good that you will fall asleep, if you have any muscle tension or issues let him know and he will alleviate the tension and pressure and well worth the money. Everything is provided including massage table and oil just ensure you have enough space in your place to accommodate him
