Mark has been in the swimming pool business, working for his father starting in 1984 then progressing into specialising in interiors and renovations of his own in 1990. Mark is fully licensed to construct swimming pools from start to finish, however, prefers to lend his expertise to pool interiors and renovations.
Throughout the years through hard work and honesty the business has grown. The use of pebbles in the lining of pools started in Australia approximately 25 years ago. Many people may remember the large aggregate used in pebble interiors as being rough to touch. Now however, we have available 1mm to 2mm pebbles, which when applied correctly by our team provide a fabulous smooth texture.

So impressed with the brilliant team at MAD...it was a journey simply finding a company to come out and quote on a new pool.. when Mark arrived to quote we were impressed from the get go...His customer service… was terrific and we were not disappointed in the quality of work either..fantastic team of guys over the past month who were friendly and efficient...couldn't be happier with the results and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAD POOLS...thanks guys-I"m going for a dip 😍

Thankyou for the amazing work you and your team have done for us renovating or crappy old 70's pool into an amazing beautiful oasis!!! We had our pool sprayed by this team about two weeks ago. the pool looks great but when I called up yesterday to ask a simple question about chemical balances I was shocked. I was speaking to the admin woman who was helping me with my question, she put the phone to her chest and asked a man who worked there for confirmation (I could hear the entire… conversation) and he was so abrupt and rude. "DONT PUT SALT IN THE POOL, HOW HARD IS IT TO UNDERSTAND?!" I could hear him yelling in the background. maybe educate staff on how to speak when customers can hear...or buy phones that have a "hold

Whoever was driving the company hilux through warner saturday morning (3/11/18) should be ashamed. Absolutely disgusting road rage and in a company vehicle as well. He seemed to think he owned the road and everyone had to give way to him. When people wouldnt cater to his expectations, he proceeded to go into a rage swerving / yelling and filming with his phone. Remember, when you are driving a company vehicle you are advertising the company itself.
